Thread: Your favourite web browser

last time, i used Mac g4 with standard safari browser installed.. but i dislike it.
i install firefox for mac. No new IE version for mac since the last version one.

Now im using only pc.. both office and home.
I downloaded safari and opera too.. but rarely use.

Firefox make me sick. hehe.. I used only firefox with IETAB..
at least.. for now.. if something better than firefox.. OF COURSE! i will change too

1998 - 2000 (Netscape good time)
2000 - 2003? (MS IE 5.0 / 5.5 golden time)
then... the new and modern firefox is out... none can beat it yet..
until now.. hehe

May i know what r the true advantages of Safari over IE?

Fast ??
Stable ?
Attractive ?
Blocks popups?
Tabbed interface?
Far fewer bugs?
Being actively updated ??

i always use netscape since 1998++ till 2005++ after that firefox rulz...

i like the simplicity of firefox.... and ie... its just sucks all this while...
ie7 i think got the most sucks bcoz they split the (back forward button) and (refresh stop button) into 2 different places....

i still in luv with the tap features....

I've been using Firefox for number of years.

I prefer MYIE2. Why? Light & Easy. Full Stop!

It make me sick because i not use any other browser since then. (BTW, if there's better one, i will switch too..)

IE tab? you dont know aa? Best for webdesigner/developer to test their web view compatible both IE / FF ..

Firefox Vs Opera
Both of them good.. at least thousand times better than IE.
Opera come standard in Mac OSX. As a default browser perhaps..
Opera support full valid standard of wc3 code. (not like ie)

But firefox still the best for me.. coz it had many addon, theme etc..
And because i used it and trusted for very long time.. hehe

I use IE 6 a few month a ago and now switch to use firefox and i like firefox now.

I use FIREFOX !

And OPERA occasionally as it has greater compatility to some of the content of my company site
