    Thumbs up Freeware Text Editor

    Tis is a very nice text editor for Ur site buildin tool or even applications, I like da features like text compare, synchronization edits, ..

    it has many useful tools U'll definately love it & it integrate well wv TopStyle which is a very nice css editor & also free as well just download da lite version

    PSPad - free unicode developer editor for Microsoft Windows systems, handles near any syntax like HTML, PHP, XHTML, JavaScript, ASP, Perl, C and many other languages with HEX editor, multilanguage interface

    TopStyle for Windows - HTML, xHTML, CSS editing in a single program

    You can also try InType..which is inspired by MAC OS X or one of the world's best text editor, TextMate which features very quick shortcut for almost any programming language at all..give it a shoT

    After testing for a bit, I think PSPad is really impressive for a free editor. Am using it on my PC now as the main editor... loads of features and fast. (uninstalled Coffee Cup HTML haha)

    For my portable editor, I use Notepad++ -- installed on my USB flash drive. Quite good too.

    Wishlist (Features missing from the above free editors) :
    1. Minimize to tray
    2. Split window horizontally

    Thank you for sharing. I've been using Textpad for donkey years now. Will give PSPad a run around.
