Arbitrage is always risky. A lot of big Adsense earners got their accounts shut down, if you didn't know. These were not small fry.

I did call them. Actually....they said that the debit card is no longer valid for overseas customers. Also, you need to do trading every quarter.

I asked the local banks and they said the reason...
