    Hi,
This question is very subjective and it depends on how well the VPS is optimised, as well as your web forum.

Anyways, if budget is not an issue to you, a 384MB RAM is definitely the best. Otherwise, just get a 256MB RAM VPS and upgrade when you need it. The upgrade should be able to be performed immediately.

Be sure to check out the UBC Parameters limitation before you subscribe for the services. Furthermore, you will need to learn how to manage your own VPS, although there are many VPS providers out there who provide Managed VPS, but you are still expected to have knowledge in managing the VPS.

Thanks and good luck to you!
