Login into domain control panel to edit your contact if you have your own domain control panel. If you do not have, you need to contact the person who register your domain to change it.

Provider to provider it's different for example

    - domain manager
    - choose the domain > manage contacts
    - do the changes > we can choose " Copy to all contact types "
to change info in all contacts one time .
Then check whois details here Whoisxy.com after updating new information.

Thumbs up cPanel Server Management | Indian Server Management | 365hostingsupport

Just contact your domain registrar and ask them to apply whois protection on your domain. Some of the companies charge for whois protection and some provide it free.
