They closed my site for the reason of BILLING STILL DUE... hahaha... i bought a car...and the engine wont start still in their workshop they asking me to pay 2nd payment??????HAHAHAHAH i wonder who is the boss of the shinjiru..may be a boy age 12... thats why the put the name shinjiru..like a japanese cartoon warrior..hehehe

Ok let make it this way…Ok la I ll give you guys until year 2010 to setup my server with php4 and hope that i will not see blank page again..hehehe…thats about 1 and a half year to setup the server. in a meanwhile, you can always tell me my server is fine..and i wont be mad if its working for only 2-3 minutes or if i still see blank page… you guys are so funny..

If you are located in KL / M'sia, why don't you call their office and get your problem resolved, maybe ask for the manager. Your posts here will not solve your problem as none of us can help you with it.
You may have specific reasons for wanting PHP4, but be aware that PHP4 has reached its end of life and will be discontinued this year. You will be better off with PHP5 and upgrading your older applications to use PHP5.

Your issue as mentioned in this forum will be addressed asap. Our customer service rep. to ring you up on Monday. There are couple of things I need to investigate before I comment more such as billing dept. replies to you. I did manage to track your request asking for some compensation as the VPS wasnt working properly. Since your VPS was suspended due to no payment, this must have triggered your anger.
Here is the complete report from our VPS support lead without any editing :

Below is the brief report of this VPS server.
First ticket submitted to us on 3/5/08, after we solved his issue ticket closed on 5/5/08.
On 25/5/08, he reopened back the ticket and request us to restore databases for him, on 26/5/08 we fully restored his databases.
On 29/5/08, he requested us to upload files for him as he still not managed to upload all his web content files to the server due to the file size, Jeffry told him that there will be charges of RM50 for the data transfer, but customer do not want the transfer service from us could be due to the charges.
On 5/6/08, customer server start overloaded, we have allocated extra 10% resources to his vps server but it is still get overloaded.
On 7/6/08, Asraf reinstalled the VPS server, I not very sure why Asraf reinstalled it; on 8/6/08 Asraf fully restored the data, but customer website seems not working fine.
On 10/6/08 when I checked on customer server, apache server cannot be started due to unknown reason and the server certain package seems duplicated and causing strange problem, so i reinstalled the server and restored all his data.
On 11/6/08, there are few websites hosted in his server but 2 of it not working fine as it load blank page, and customer informed in ticket that “the web is not ok now as usual after you telling he web is ok.... maybe HTML is ok not PHP.. or please check if you have install php5 ... after 45 days” so I thought his websites require PHP5 to run and I recompile the apache to support php5, after that the main page viewmalaysia.com failed to load as well, due to wrong php version, then we have recompile the PHP to version4 and everything start to work fine by then.
On 13/6/08, customer complaint that 3 of his website mysql does not load, that is due to his website using old password format, but Deepak gave wrong information to customer saying that php4 is not support mysql extension and make customer very angry after that, after that we have fixed the problem by changing his mysql password to old format. But again his server could not run well due to overload issue.
Summary:
From 5/5/08 to 29/5/08, VPS server is not facing any issue, which is 24 days the server is running fine.
The actual problem only start to occur on 5/6/08, which is the server start to get overloaded after the few websites is put to online. The downtime in between 7/6/08 to 10/6/08 is caused by us which the vps server is not recreate and reconfigured correctly.
On 11/6/08, we have solved his website issues. The mysql old format password issue is not under our responsibility as we are not responsible in configure his website, the mysql server is up and running, and the issue is caused by wrong version of mysql password used for his websites, customer does not know his website need to run on old format password.
I hope above information helps, please let me know if you need further details from me. I did wrote a report to Chan on this vps issue upon his request, I am not sure he receive any complaint from customer or not.

THis the third time you guys install my VPS with PHP5 and thats why i can see a blank page.
I know what next, you guys will down grade back to PHP4... Then my VPS start problem again.

Also MySQL server working fine and accepting connections from user as I have tried to login to server using user coral_zool and password nh1702 and it works fine.

I have gone through this issue and found that the current php version on the server is PHP 4.4.8 (cli), which may not supporting the mysql extensions in using. Is it okay for you to upgrade php version to 5 ?
Hopefully to upgrade the php version on the server will help to resolve this issue, please do check and let us know so that we can proceed further with the upgrade.

Just want to inform you that I have just explained only possibiltiy for php version, we didn't forced you to upgrade the php version on the server. However still the serer having php4 only we didn't upgraded yet.
I will investigate this issue further and you will be updated with the status.
We would like to request you to open a new ticket for new issue, it will help us to assist you better way because the old ticket becomes longer with many posts if number of issues are mentioned in the same one and causes some confusions.

I wonder if datohead98 will respond as a couple of the sites mentioned seems to be on another host now.
Also the posts above contain IP address, domain names, username and password which should not be posted on a public forum.
Further update to Datohead98 case, we found out that he wrote to billing dept. requesting us to check his account as he is not satisfied with the VPS and uptime. HE request for 1 month compensation and is waiting for our email as the account is already due. Upon checking by our Operation Manager, indeed he has a valid case. However our OM did not reply to billing's email resulting in datohead98's VPS being suspended due to no payment. Here is the exact phrase by our OM.
Just to be sure, I also surf the site Warning: Adults Only thoroughly after that and did not encounter any error. I took for granted that the case is solved by then.
On hind-sight, I shouldn’t assumed that it was solved unless no problem was detected after a few more days. I didnt email to billing on the compensation result.Our customer service rep. Fiza tried to call datohead98 but the hp given is not correct. She has written to datohead98 to apologise and provide 2 mths compensation due to our hindsight in this case.
Datohead98, if you are reading this please do accept our apology in causing you such great inconvenience and discomfort.
