Just got meself a VPS acct at hosteasier.com. Quite cheap. $USD34.95 per month. Storage 10GB. Bandwith 200GB.
OK now I want to know how do I register my nameservers. How long will it take to get it working? And I think my VPS comes with 3 IPs. How do I go about assigning those IPs?

Congratulations on getting your VPS. I hope you have already secured the VPS? I believe it is the first and most important step before you start putting websites into the VPS.
You'll have to register the NS with your domain registrar. It is available in your domain manager.
Thank you.

is that a Linux or Windows VPS? Any control panel provided?
You need to register the name servers with your domain registrar, and configure the DNS properly on your VPS. Linux and Windows VPS has different configurations.
from the vps u should recieved the virtualozo login. and u ask them to install whm for u. maybe extra chargers. after that login to whm and create a new packages. after that create a new acc for the domain name. go to domain cp and change the dns to your vps dns. lasty login to cpanel for the domain and start creating website.
