    I'm not trying to badmouth a company or something but as far as I could tell and as far as "Support" is concerned, they are not as advertised.

    They say 24/7 but when something goes down, it's practically IMPOSSIBLE to get in-touch with them. Support Tickets does not get answered after 8pm and will only be answered the next day.

    So no, they still have to show the correct stuff on their page. The current, "We provide 24/7 customer sales & support to all customers:" is not totally true.

    By the way, like I said in the other post, pack your bags and leave the hosting if you do not satisfied with them.

    yeah, why stay if ur website down almost everyday. U can't even update your site. who going to visit ur site if it's keep going down?

    aodat2 is rite , HIVE having the most lousy downtime in the world~~ i'm one of the victim Towards a greater heights of muslim (Powered by phpFoX) ..i thought they would change their service for good after being criticise by the users long time ago even now the stays top as the most lousiest hosting of all time

    Hi Everyone,
    I would like to discuss privately to any of you who has been victim of HIVE. I myself unfortunately just found out the extreme lousy service of HIVE in terms of technical support, and also the rude attitude of a particular staff there.

    Actually it is just a small technical problem, but i am still investigating, once i have it proved that it is their mistake but so far they have shoved all the responsibilities to us, and told us not to abuse their service when i queried them on the status of the support request because they did not reply me for 1 week.

    I am stunned when i read that there are so many other victimes of HIVE, you really need to be into use their service before you know how lousy the service is.

    I would myself like to be united with other victims as witness of the lousy HIVE service so that no other victimes will fall.

    This was quite an enlightenment.

    I never got to get hosted by hive hosting... Customer service failed me quite miserably. I didn't last for a week because they didn't even get to the point of making my account. Talk about being picky with customer, much? I posted a review here on my experience with them at this forum : LOUSY hive.com.my
