no you're not alone, they're others who's having the same prob and it seems like their server goes down the hill very often.

I'm having problems just like the other guys ... I couldn't visit my website. What's happening there ? Please give us some valid reasons.

If the others got their mySQL databases restored, it doesn't mean yours will definitely be restored. There might be accidents when one or two mySQL databases are corrupted/dropped in the restoration work. That's why periodic backup by the customer is important.

    Thanks.

Hive has been so from the day they started providing the business. Why choose them? because of their prices huh?

Thumbs down crap service so far

its really crap to buy hosting package with hive. its still down as i'm writing here. i buy their package for the price they offered and the advantage of unlimited bandwith (i mean they set it very very high maybe as i understand there are no such thing as unlimited).

i wonder how should i go about to refund my money if its possible at all as i've signed up barely 2 mths with them and i'm not satisfy with the ongoing downtime i'm experiencing.

maybe they'll do something only when 214 customer who took their small-gig package start fussing about refund, they're really slow in responding to server down time issue, which in my opinion sucks big time.

Thumbs down Hive Rating: 1 out of 5

I choose HiveHosting since they provide us the best package (and price) compared to their competitors. But ... I really regret their uptime !

If my website is still down until midnight, I'll promise not to host my website with them again, period !

I'll used Hivehosting before but stopped cause of changing hosting. They have quite some downtime but most of it only last for few minutes. Hard to imagine they changed so badly now..
