    reliable hosting provider

One of my clients started looking for reliable hosting provider to get shared hosting plan. I decided to help and want to ask experienced webmasters here to help me. I've found two hosts: cddhosting.com and JVMHost.com. Can I rely on their hosting accounts? What would be better to choose?

Well servers from ifastnet.com and wavecom.ee are worth every cent you pay for their services.
Their in-house technical team works around the clock troubleshooting and addressing potential problems before they become real issues.
Plans contain a lot of resources to run websites smoothly and reliably.

iFastNet.com and oissite.com have plans which are resourceful and prices are rock-bottom.
There is no downtime on their servers and network is fully-redundant. Their tech staff is skillful and knowledgeable and they fix issues in no time.

Pretty good shared hosting plans offered by downtownhost.com and their team.
They have been absolutely wonderful, for the most part. I've had a billing issue, and an outage, both of which were remedied immediately.

It seems to me service plans from ir-hosting.com and oissite.com are suitable for meeting the needs of many IT users.
The server uptime and overall speed performance are outstanding and consistent.
They provide you with technically superior hosting, backed by a personal approach to service and support. Reliable web hosting is essential for your website.

When it comes to reliability of a hosting provider, here are a few things that you might want to consider:
    1. Reliable and reactive customer support?
    - After choosing a list of hosting companies that you think is worthy of trying, test their customer support team to see how reliable and reactive the service is. Ask basic questions during working hours and off-hours. Some companies claim they provide 24/7 customer support, but if they don't answer you during off-hours, then it's questionable. 24/7 customer support is rather important because you never know when you're going to face downtime or other technical difficulties.

    2. Any contract? Any upfront payment? What are the terms and conditions? Anything you need to know in case you want to migrate to a new host in the future?
    - You must know and understand all the important terms and conditions, so that you won't be caught up in bad positions in case you want to terminate a service. Make sure to ask questions if the description in the website is ambiguous.

    3. Location?
    - Is location important when choosing a hosting provider? Well, yes of course. Choosing a host that is within the proximity of you and your target audience gives you low latency. The lower the latency, the faster a website/web application can be loaded, the better your hosting experience is. If your target audience is off-shore (for example, your blog or e-commerce business is targeted at US/EU citizens, while you are based in Malaysia), then choose a host that provides CDN (Content Delivery Network) services. CDN allows for a faster data transfer across different regions in the world.
    - Faster page loading speed = better SEO ranking

    4. Uptime?
    - Most hosting providers claim to have 99.9% uptime. You can validate this statement using Hyperspin. Hyperspin tells you which hosting company has true and proven 99.9##% uptime.

    5. Customer reviews?
    - Are their current customers happy with the host? Customer reviews say a lot about a hosting company. From the experience of customer support services to reliability of a hosting provider. Paid customer reviews aren't necessarily skewed. It is true that hosting providers use incentives to encourage customer reviews. But unhappy customers would never give a good rating to a bad host. Why get a minimal incentive when you already have a bad experience with a host and is thinking of migrating to another host?

    Good luck and happy hosting!
