    Angry Onedropperfume.com.my and iPay88.com.my very ...very...bad service......

    Before you all do the transaction beware of this web site.....onedropperfume.com.my and iPay88.com.my. Don't make any transaction...or deal with this website.....they promise 2 until 3 day ....but instead you will waiting....2 week..with many reason. Very..very bad service......better you all find or buy merchandise at other website....

    Or is it this link: onedropperfumes.com

    Did you make a report to them about it?

    onedropperfumes.com.my iPay88 have a very bad service..... I was buy a perfume trough that website using iPay88 to made payment....once the payment done.... i asking for tracking number.....everything running well....i received all automatic email generate by iPay88..payment successful all ok...but...onedropperfume said they don't received the payment?? but how?? Where is money....?. Past three day i send an email to onedropperfumes about my transaction i cant wait any more cause holiday is coming...they still not send my perfume... coz still not received any payment....and can't send the item..then Josafri as a admin of onedrop cancel my order...and ask iPay88 reimburse my money.... I contact iPay88 about my money...you know what they say....'our boss going oversea holiday..we can't do nothing'.... How there doing their business ?? for example...if their Bos come back on middle of May 2009 then they reimburse my money....?? nonsense !! even 1 cent is meaning for customer...can people out there wait their money like that??? So better they close down their business....before the other get trap.....

    I was thinking to register with ipay88 for my payment gateway. After reading this, I maybe get nbpay.

    so meaning the payment system is bad and not the product right??
    maybe is the matter of the payment system that made ur money's gone.
    consult again with the payment service company to get ur money back.

    Afaik, iPay88 does not transfer the money to the merhcant for every transaction.. they send payment weekly (if the total is more than RM100) .. so merchants normally ship the products as soon as order/confirmation is received from iPay88 (which is imemdiately after the customer checkout).

    So, I do not understand the part about the Onedropperfume ownner waiting for payment from iPay88?

    I had been told by one of my fren that having the same problem like this. I just wondering how come the onedropperfume didnt get the payment and even scary is iPay88 admin stuff said, 'our boss went oversea for holiday.. and we can't do anything on it'. If the boss never come back mean forever no need to do anything on it. Is that true??!! What a big joke if using iPay88 and get this disaster!!

    May be also got to be careful with NBePay as well. My fren is kind of particular type and, i rather don't do his business. So, I went to their office in klang with my fren who engaged them for the web solution. It is a small little old office located in the 1st floor with the setup just looks like my grandmother's home. I have no confidence after seeing this. How can a company be cost savings until that condition? Are they sustainable or not? That's a big question.

    I think he call the wrong person with no experiance. If the payment successful but the merchant has not received the money. Fine. Go dispute from the bank or show the successful transaction to them as a prove.

    However, if the customer complaint to ipay88. Ipay88 can't do anything to reverse out the money unless get instruction from the merchant to accept the money or cancel the successful transaction. Ipay only can do is deal and highlight to merchant or terminate the merchant if merchant is not responsible for the goods.

    If you compare Netbuilder and ipay88. There are like maxis and digi. Each have own disadvantage and advantage. If come to problem. You will know which is good and bad.

    sorry for dig out old thread (was searching on Ipay88 gateway review).

    Base on this reply, i drop ipay88 for below reason.
    1. Push blame to customer contacting wrong person. Customer know which number to call ?
    2. Accepting money but pushing all responsibility away.
    3. Not intention to apologize, hey IPAY88 customer service don't hire or train by us.

    I send some request to Ipay88 day before, base on their site, i going received response in next working day but up till now, i get nothing not even autoresponse by ipay, for me i drop i pay, they can't even handle new coming client, how we expect them to handle exiting customer ???
    sorry ipay, ur service is really poor
