Macromedia no more, acquired by Adobe!

To all Fireworks, Flash (there's a lot!) or Dreamweaver, say bye-bye to Macromedia.

Maybe, someday, sooner or later, it'll be Adobe Flash or Adobe Dreamweaver.

If you have a free time:

By the way, I'm a big fan of Fireworks because of it's simplicity. I'm not a hardcore graphic designer, which fully utilize my Adobe Photoshop.

Adobe took over CoolEdit and CoolSpeech (The coolest software) too, and they make it very complex now. Cool no more.

A pity to Macromedia users too. (including me).

fireworks, dreamweavers are just so much user-friendly to me than photoshop. I hope adobe is not going to mess the whole thing up with their 3.4billion buy over.

    Farewell my dear Macromedia.

    GoLive vs Dreamweaver?

I just can't take it too far with GoLive.
I love Dreamweaver, so Adobe don't just try to mix-and-match with Dreamweaver. It's just a perfect tool..

hopefully macromedia will end up as a separate division...

I'm sure we hate to see "Adobe Go Dreamweaver " or "FirePhotoshop"..

    Angry

    aiyah!!..
i really dont like it.. (except if i'm the owner of the MacroM = those got $3.4billion) ..
    Why?
Seem look alike a Monopolism to the multimedia software.. !!!
Like Micro$soft did on OS b4.. duh...
    Tak sukalah..

In MacroM, the softwares working well in LOW RAM pc's..
but adobe's swares require lot of RAM..
Flash require up to 1GB RAM? OMG..

i have a bad feeling about this..

Adobe taking over Macromedia may not be such a bad thing. Think about it, better intergration between Flash and Photoshop!!! Good riddance to fireworks.
