Hello...I would like to ask u all that whether is it worth for me to do this kind of investment??

i have planned to buy a low medium cost house which cost at rm75,000 + car park rm9,000 for renting purposes...i have ask bout loan that offered by different bank..mostly it is determined by BLR rate and this rate wont be fixed all the while..it is controlled by central bank..

i have analyse and calculate that if i make 15 years loan with rm67,000 then eventually i will be ended up with rm31,000++ interest..so averagely rm2000++ per year and it is equal to rm200++ per month....for me, it is quite high interest rate...

i oso plan to save more capital for the downpayment means at least rm30,000-rm50,000...then it will save my interest fees..but i dunno how's the future of it...im not scaring ppl don wan rent but scare low medium cost house wont go up in future....

do u all have any ideas on it?
