How to create new account of paypal
without using any debit or visa mastercard,
free account...

Later, how do i transfer from paypal
to my bank account

you can create paypal account without putting any card

can send and receive paypal fund, but sending limit is $1000

and cannot withdraw money with no visa card to verify.

why not get a card? publicbank are much easy...

I really thought applying visa need actual income..
Are they other alternative...

get a visa debit card like pb one... there no need 4 income statement...

or get a supplimentary credit card from your family member.....

there are Debit card out there, no need income, as long you are 18 year old and above.

What about credit card from other banks ?? can work or not.

Credit and Debit Cards from any banks which has the MasterCard or Visa logo can work.
