    is PosLaju really reliable?

my friend just sent a birthday card from KL to Singapore for RM3 i think..
and she was notified that it will reach in 3 days...
however it has already been a week...
PosLaju told her that the card has already reached Singapore...yet the receiver hasn't got the card...
Anyone faced any of this before?
but PosLaju so far for me okay...but that is for sending stuff within Malaysia
DonT ShoW to ShOw pls ppl

its a very subjective thing. delay or missing does occur sometimes and there is no statistics published about how many of these cases happen ever.
I think the problematic case are very rare

    sofar ok

So far i got no problem with Poslaju. It a little bit cheaper than any other services. ETA 1-3 days to peninsular or sabah/sarawak. More than 50 parcel arrive safely so far. And besides they open 7 days a week at HQ office.

If you want the most reliable courier service, I recommend FedEx. But the price is a bit higher.
