    Yet Another Streamyx MAYHEM

    huh... i got real frustated today due to this endless "karenah" by streamyx...
    i found that my STEAMx acc was closed yesterday "sunday evening" for a very very stupid reason....

    the tel support say that the acc close with the reason "undelivered good"??
    i ask what good undelivered and replied that it was the adsl modem...

    wat??? the modem have been sitting in my house since the day u bought the in-a-box pack... its been for more than 1.5 years using and paying bills promptly and only now they just simply close my acc even without checking the activity and having the courtesy to call and check with me first.... wat kinda idiot is working in tmnet nowaday...

    to cut short... i just back from tmpoint/kedai telekom... in tmpoint the staff told to wait for 1 week and checkback with the www(world wide WAIT) 1300 tel no for the status... this make me more angry and i demanded for the manager and he lucky he entertain me and promise will look into the matter.. and after pressing for a few times.. he agree to call me by tomorrow to update me on the status....

    so... if tomorrow i receive no call from them.... i will let some anger out nicely on him...

    this streamyx is sure make people STEAMing hot in every way that they can...

    by the way,... is there any avenue for us(the consumer) to report this kinda wrong doing by so called the best provider there is in town....

    you can camplain in youtube by making a video there, malaysia politic nightmare....

    my boos, a women, always get dc during her chating session in night. one day she just cant tahan and call up. then straight away @!^%$!%@%$^@^!$ to the Support person. Hey, in office u know? I really like the way she did. lol.....

    btw. may i know since now u cant use, the bill still running? i guess so...hahah...

    well i just wait a while and see what kinda brainless reason that they can comeup with... If they told me system error... i will taruk them front and back...

    this acc closing is the act of some stupid staff and definately not the computer that did it... the only thing the compute will do is to auto disable a user when they have 2mth unpaid bills... the rest is all human error..

    ok... tats done it.... i got no news from the tmpoint manager and the number he gave me are fake i suppose as theres nobody answering for the past 1 hours...

    i called up the cust servuce 1300 no. and the most stupid thing i found that they don't even know that i have a case and ask me the same thing all over again. Isn't this all should be recorded in the database already???? what a system they have???

    From TMPoint manager: He say the authority to close and activate acc lies with TMNET streamyx department.
    From Streamyx support dept (1300 88 9515): The person in charge says that the authority lies in the hand of TMPoint.

    so now they been toying with me and leading me in a circle... i will now go and see the manager and demand him for a proper answer and resolution... lets see how they play the game.... i'll release all my gathered evidence (recorded conversation) in my blog soon..

    if i got no resolution... i will start a complain with the below 2 authority...

    huh... the manager of setapak tmpoint is really lucky coz he just saved by the billing department .... i was about to leave my house after the rain stop... and a guy by the name Melvin from tm billing department called up and offer me a solutions tat he promised to get me online again latest by tommorrow 5pm.

    The details of the solutions will be revealed in my blog later....

    one thing he(melvin) mentioned is... theres no report of whatsoever from the setapak tmpoint outlet that i've went to and lodge the complaint on monday. This mean the manager didn't bother about my case at all..... wat a b@$ted idiot...

    till today my problem have not been solve yet...and yet to received any call from them since their last call on wednesday....

    i called them up yesterday.. and guess what they say... the person in charge of my case have go on leave and they can't do anything coz the computer can't transfer the case to him.. wat a f***king answer.... if the guy died on accident.. then my cases would have die with him.

    so i asked for the manager, obviously the manager should have the right to transfer case... but as i expected the manager were no where to be found and keep me waiting on the line... i call in at 10am, the staff say he not in and i asked to leave a message coz it a serious case...

    no response from the manage and at 4pm i called but the staff keep saying that the manager is not in his office. What the hell is a manager for anyway?? Is they hired to sleep at their own house? or izzit the staff deliberately block my request????

    This is the kinda f**kup customer service you will get when become a good paying customer. They gone too far this time and i wouldn't entertain them anymore.... i'm writing a letter complain to Communication and Multimedia Consumer Forum Of Malaysia

    i'll changing to other service provider and TM Nut can go to hell....
    i rather pay more than being subjected to this kind of abuse..
