Job Responsibilities

-Handling incoming inquiries from the customers through Live Chat, email, phone calls, and walk-in customers by providing accurate, affectionate, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

-Diploma and Degree in any field
-Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in handling live chat and email (non-voice customer service)
-Fresh Degree Graduates are encouraged to apply
-Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken
-Positive attitude, patient, and ability to withstand pressure
-Well versed in Microsoft, or any that is related to digital telecommunications such as social media, email, etc

Rumenerations

-Basic RM 1850
-Allowances (Shift, language) + Performance incentives + OT
-Other benefits: Leaves (Annual, sick, maternity, compassionate, anniversary, replacement) + Hospitalization + Medical

Working hour:

-24/7 rotational shift, must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
-6 working days, 1 day off
