Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

-Proactive in approaching customers to identify customer needs
-Perform sell/cross-sell/upsell of the relevant products and solutions
-Meet all KPI set and deliver an end-to-end customer experience
-Handle all inquiries, customer complaints, disputes accurately and efficiently, in a professional and friendly manner, aligned with the company's processes and guidelines
-Responsible for all customers' information, monetary transactions and company assets to be properly handled and accounted
-Ensure proper reconciliation of sales and cash at the end of the day daily
-Participate in training and activities provided

Job Requirements

-SPM, Diploma or Degre in any related field
-1 to 2 years of working experience in sales and/or customer service experienced is preferred
-Fresh Degree Graduates with experience working in a retail environment are encouraged to apply
-Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
-Possess excellent interpersonal skills & results-oriented
-Well-groomed - Neat & tidy, professional & pleasant disposition
-Must be willing to work in rotational mall shift, weekends, & Public Holidays

Rumenerations

-Basic RM 1850
-Allowances (Shift, Language) + Performance Incentives + OT
-Other benefits: Leaves (Annual, Sick, Maternity, Compassionate, Anniversary, Replacement) + Hospitalization + Medical

Working hour:

-Retail operations hour (8 hours shift)
-6 working days, 1 day off
