Job Descriptions:

Supports the Accounts Department in daily accounting and administration procedures and reporting.
Providing accurate, timely maintenance and reconciliation of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Compiles and verifies monthly claims, bank reconciliations, petty cash and etc
Assist in preparing internal monthly reports.
Maintain proper accounting filing and records besides than tracks company cash flows.
Coordinate and work with other department such as Payroll and Operations.
Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management.



Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Excellence in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
Able to meet tight deadline and work under minimum supervision.
Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and discipline person.
MUST be meticulous and able to multi task.
