There is job requirement for the Accounts cum Admin Officer / Executive in (Penang - Nagasari, Butterworth)


The job responsibilities are
Prepare invoice and delivery orders, monthly inventory report, weekly cash and bank balance report.
Performing daily Accounts Receivables operations such as data -entry into the system, updating records and maintaining of accounting records, filling and answering phone calls.
Raising journals, debts/credit notes for the month-end closing.
Prompting Management and liaising with debtors on outstanding / disputed debts on a regular basis.
Able to handle full set of accounts.
Overall in-charge of accounts and finance operation of the company.
Monitoring of daily cash flow, banking facilities, receivable accounts, creditor aging report and schedule of payment.
Perform month end closing activities and Management Report.
Clerical/Administrative Support.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
