Is an Engineering & Construction company which located at Jalan Tun Razak

* Provide secretarial and administration support.
* Coordinate travel arrangements as required for Senior Management and project personnel.
* Monitor and screen telephone calls, scheduling of appointments and coordinating meeting.
* Prepare a wide variety of reports, letters, memorandum.
* Participate and assist in preparing comprehensive reports and compiling budget request.

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business , Administration/Management or Secretarial.
* Minimum 1 years of working experience is required for this position.
* Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Able to handle sensitive matters on a confidential basis.
* Good planning and organization skills.

Remuneration: RM1800 - RM2500 depend on qualifications and experiences
