We are a rapidly expanding subsidiary office of a major USA based Logistics Management/Freight Forwarding Services company specializing in “Total Supply Chain Management” and “Total Logistics” solutions. With our fast growth in Malaysia, we would like to invite energetic and self-motivated candidates to join our dedicated team in Kuala Lumpur office:


Documentation Coordinator
• Min. SPM/STPM or Diploma in any relevant discipline with credit in Mathematics and English.
• At least 1 year working experience. Knowledge and working experience in shipping documentation would be added advantage.
• Must be computer literate – Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in written & oral English is essential.
• Good interpersonal attitude - attention to detail, disciplined and process oriented.
• Able to work on fixed, flexible and / or rotational shift hours, weekends and public holidays.


Logistics Data Processing Coordinator

• Min. SPM/STPM or Diploma in any relevant discipline with credit in Mathematics and English.
• With or without experience. Those candidates who have an exposure in data processing environment background would be added advantage.
• Must be computer literate - Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in written & oral English is essential.
• Good interpersonal attitude - attention to detail, disciplined and process oriented.
• Able to work on fixed, flexible and / or rotational shift hours, weekends and public holidays.


1. Position: Documentation Coordinator & Logistics Data Processing Coordinator
2. Target: Hiring around 30 employees in the next 4 months.
3. Current Team: Total work force 45 staff
4. Status: Permanent
5. Salary: Entry level (Diploma RM 1400), Degree RM 1500 – RM 1800 (fresh)
6. Duty: See attached file (pure admin. Job)
7. Working hour: Monday to Friday, alternate Saturday
8. Working hour: 8:30am to 5:00pm ; 8:30am to 1:00pm ((Sat)
9. Shift arrangement: Non-shift now however will be expanded to shift at the later stage (must inform all the candidates)
10. Probation Period: 3 months (during probation period, every Saturday required to work, upon confirmation required to work alternate Saturday only)

Telesales Executive-TSE

Selling 5 categories of maybank's product :
1.Credit Card product -Basic RM 1200 + Commission up to 4k-20k

2.Insurance product - Basic RM 1200 + Commission up to 4k -20k

3.Conversation (tele-collector) -Basic RM1450 (Without commission)

4.Mortgage product --RM 1550 + Commission up to 4k - 20k

5.Unit Trust (ASP) Bumiputera only --RM 1550 + Commission up to 4k - 20k


About the Job :
To achieve or exceed MGCC’s business goals by selling Maybank Group’s products and services through quality handling of outbound and inbound sales calls/enquiries. The focus of the role will be as a knowledge champion and subject matter expert equipped to handle enquiries on any Maybank Group products or services from both customers and the Telesales Executives.

Roles & Responsibilities :
• Strive to achieve or exceed sales targets through sale or complex products, such as life insurance and unit trust, to customers through the telephone and relentlessly upsell/cross-sell to contribute to MGCC’s revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure team targets are met or exceeded by being a subject matter expert on Maybank Group products and services and being a knowledge champion.
• Persistently champion the Maybank brand to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to customer loyalty and retention.
• Constantly make efforts to self-improve or self-motivate in order to continuously achieve or exceed set KPI targets and/or other business objectives.
• Continuously maintain professionalism, confidentiality and integrity in all customer interactions and offer a best in class customer service experience by proactively, expeditiously and effectively solving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership, personal responsibility and initiative in keeping abreast with and be updated on all Maybank Group products and services to effectively and efficiently satisfy customer requirements.
• Assist customers to understand product and service offerings and help them make an informed decision on how they can benefit from purchasing Maybank Group’s products and services.

Person Requirement :
• Minimum Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in telesales environment, preferably in a Contact Centre industry environment.
• Outgoing personality and a good team player.
• Must have passion in sales and customer service and have proven track records in meeting sales target consistently.
• A good team player.
• Immediate availability.
• Non-smokers preferred.
• Preferably possess own transport.
• Must be able to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
• Able to work long hours and on flexi-hour basis.

1.Basic Salary -RM 1800 -RM 2300

2.Allowance - RM 700 - RM 750

3.Shift allowance - RM 170 - RM 210

4.Transport Allowance RM 120

5.Special Incentive--RM 150 (for Bukit Jelutong only)

6.Monthly Performance incentive --RM 250

About the Job :

To be the first line contact for customers by handling inbound telephone calls, fascimille
and email from customers, providing information to customers with regards to general and product inquiries as well as understanding customers’ needs, identify issues and provide solutions to customers. Each agent will ensure that each call is handled in a way that contributes to the overall customer satisfaction and increases customer loyalty.

Requirements :

• Possess an Honour’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 OR 2nd Class Division
• Minimum of two (2) years of Contact Centre customer service experience; preferably from a banking industry. Fresh grads can be considered
• Age 30 years and below
• Computer literate (expected to be able to operate MS Office)
• Has long-term commitment for career growth
• Able to speak/write fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Able to read and write in languages other than Bahasa Malaysia and English is an added advantage
• Non-smokers preferred
• Immediately available
• Able to work flexible and shift hours on a 24 hour, 365 days a year basis
• Able to work full time on contract basis (currently 1 year contract)
• Good problem-solving skills
