-Provide quality customer service to DIGI customer's over the phone.
-Provide customer's feedback for continuos improvement
-Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer customer complaints at all times.

Skills:-
-Computer literate with Microsoft skills
-Typing sills of at least 25wpm

-Minimum SPM and Above
-Able to work shift
-Able to process own transport
