job description

You'll be the key builder of customer relationships, working with the sales team to create new business and develop, present and structure solutions with potential outsourcing clients.

So far as the customer is concerned, the buck stops with you. You'll direct and manage the analysis, design, proposal, implementation and ongoing delivery for an assigned account, ensuring its profitability, revenue performance, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.

your profile:

Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Master's (graduate) degree in Computer Science,Electrical or Computer Engineering or relevant discipline
At least 2 to 3 years' experience in managing "Managed Print Services and Pay for Use Programs'
Broad technology knowledge (Printers, PC Products, NT, Networking, and Internet )
Demonstrable business, customer and project management skills
Planning and budgeting ability
Well-developed leadership skills
Analytical & conceptual skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Client relationship skills
Driver's license and willingness to travel(>50%)
