    EON bank yearly charges RM15 (if not mistaken)
    Ambank monthly RM3
    Maybank Free
    al rahij bank free(deposit RM20)

    so now the Maybank Visa debit card can be used for Paypal already? before that I heard the card can't be used for Paypal yet

    Do you have any money inside? It need some money as PayPal will charge you card and void it later.

    paypal charge about USD2 and adwords USD5 if i not mistaken....

    check with maybank the minimum bal you need to maintain in that card too.... if not mistaken maybank will block if the u hit the min bal...

    lastly make sure its a visa debit card...
