You can try moneybooker, but for me if you able to open maybank account it much easier.

2checkout if you already have a stable business and consistence money flow to your account. Since 2checkout send the cheque compare to paypal in which you can cash it easily thru your debit card. I'm not sure why you refuse to use paypal.

for malaysia market, those international credit card payment system are quite inconvenient esp. paypal as they don have a market in Malaysia. Whateva online purchasing which is made, we have to get an account in Singapore then only can transfer the money to our Malaysia's bank account with the TT-transfer.

Netbuilder.com.my is ok for malaysia market.

Although there are many payment processors like MoneyBookers, AlertPay, etc. I think none can beat PayPal yet.

    in fact wrong,

2checkout has the lowest setup fee, no commitment, retain to only $100 to cashout. It charges high commission per trasaction.

Netbuilder has annual fee but has low commission per transaction. Ipay88 & Commercepayment pricing is higher than Netbuilder. You need to commit your sales volume to cover your annual fee. retention is lower.

Unlike online credit card merchant, Paypal, Moneybooker, E-Gold, etc, are all 'floating' & 'virtual' money. They are not handled by authorized banker. It's not really a cash or credit unless you sell/redeem/checkout. They charge commission per transaction, account may be frozen if suspicious. Risk is higher.

IMO, If you wan to do serious money transaction, use Credit Card merchant. 2Checkout is ideal for beginner. Go Nbepay once your transaction volume increase.
