and any money in that account is confiscated.
If a customer "disputes" the charge,
same thing happens.

Why not? You can transfer the money into your Master/Visa Credit/Debit Card.

thx a lot just now i apply leh tml go post office make payment after 7day i can take tunecard leh..

i don think its suck just a little bit not convenient for malaysia user. As part of our money use for transaction surcharge, then they don't have any service with our local bank which can make the direct transfer from oversea to any bank in malaysia, the nearest bank that they contracted with is in singapore, so there's another charge to do a tt-transfer fees.

Has anyone tried Maybank visa debit/atm card?

why wait 7 days.... just apply the visa debit card from alrajhi bank...take only RM20 to open a saving acc and can take plus activate the card on the sameday... no need wait so long....

alrajhi visa debit card work perfectly with paypal....
